VH1 Cameras Not Allowed Into Halfway House To Film T.I. (BLOG)

Despite an announcement from VH1 about T.I.'s return in an upcoming reality show, following his release from prisonthis week, it may not go down at all now.

At least, cameras won't be able to capture him serving out the rest of his sentence from a halfway house.

TMZ reports that Atlanta halfway house, Dismas Charities, has denied the network's cameras access into the home to film TIP's progress.

A rep for Dismas said there is "absolutely no way" the facility will allow VH1 to bring cameras INSIDE the halfway house, saying, "No, it is just not going to happen."

How this will effect plans for TIP's reality series is unknown at press.

During his stay there, the rapper will reportedly participate in very personal moments ... one being a "faith based" program to help him transition back into the real world.

Still, TIP has things to look forward to now. The facility boasts basketball courts, an exercise room, racquetball courts, and even a tennis court.

And the rep told TMZ: "The food is pretty good."

Better than the can we're sure.
